Morning: Tour of Vicenza: along the streets of the historical center of Vicenza to “read and interpret” the Renaissance facades created by great architects like Palladio, Scamozzi, Lorenzo da Bologna… to immerse in atmospheres, rich in events, that made the city one of the most elegant in Italy. Visit of the Olimpico Theater, the first and the oldest of modern era permanent covered theater, designed by Andrea Palladio. Afternoon: Lunch in a typical local restaurant in Caldogno (30 min by car from Vicenza), possibility of wine tasting with the excellent sommelier of the restaurant, (Prices to be agreed). Guided tour of Villa Caldogno, designed by Andrea Palladio around the mid-sixteenth century and decorated by Fasolo and Zelotti. Visit the premises of the villa, the garden and the bunker, built in 1944 by the German army.
